Today was the premiere of the East London Film Festival. An exciting gathering of people celebrating the films made by UEL students.
Some of the creators include Julian Alexander, Naomi Tiggs, and Rafael Romhanyi. The films range from those made in the first year of university, as well as projects from second-year and also individual projects.
There is also a section dedicated to films made for the Bow Arts Gallery. The creators of these films include Cristian Miclaus, Max Risveglia, Rafael Romhanyi, Rudi Mutoba, Joshua Novosel Correa, Casey Kirby, and Nicholas Pimienta. As well as films by the writers of our blog Jessica Marsh Horgan, Cherida Zhupali, Katzumy Berru San Martin and Clea Anne Thomas.
The website itself has lots of useful and interesting information regarding the filmmakers and their films, as well as links to the films themselves. The festival and the films were a huge success and wonderfully made. Congratulations to Emma, Adelina, and Nicholas for putting together an engaging and brilliant film festival.
